Through search proceedings in the Belisario Frías corregimiento in the San Miguelito district, the Public Ministry and the National Police have apprehended two men who are required for the crime against the Public Administration, in the modality of Different Forms of Embezzlement.
According to the investigations carried out by the judicial authorities, these people who appear as former officials of the agency of the National Charity Lottery (LNB) of Río Abajo, are linked to the alleged theft of approximately B/. 95,000.00 from the vault.
The investigations came to determine the relationship of both former officials in this event, locating and apprehending them both this Tuesday, May 23, 2023 and placed under the orders of the anti-corruption judicial authorities.
