Piura. Former congressman Mario Quispe questioned the candidates from this region for hiding information on their resumes from the Special Electoral Jury, just as it happened in recent weeks by the candidates of different political groups.
Quispe Suárez said that it is not ethical to hide sentences nor sincere with the population that they pretend to represent from the regional or municipal government. In addition, he considered a misconduct of the applicants, since, according to him, these people intend to deceive the population before coming to power. “If they haven’t come to power yet and they’re already hiding information, what will happen when they’re in government?” he expressed.
“It is unfortunate that they do not want to make their information transparent, we have all made mistakes in life, but it is very important that the population is informed. I think that the fact of hiding information gives a lot to say about these people. The important thing is that the same mistakes are not made again, ”he said.
Along these lines, he said that, if these candidates are elected, they will not make the use of public resources transparent, which will not help the head-on fight against corruption at different levels of government.
