This measure was published in the extraordinary edition of Saturday in Legal Standards of the newspaper El Peruano through Law No. 31538, which approves supplementary credits for the financing of expenses associated with the health emergency caused by the COVID-19economic reactivation, and other expenses of the entities of the national government, regional governments and local governments.
The rule states that, within a period of 30 calendar days, the Minister council must approve regulatory provisions that establish the eligibility criteria of the potential beneficiaries, the guidelines for the elaboration of the registry of citizens of said subsidy, the procedure for the approval of the citizen lists, among other aspects, that allow the granting of individual economic support based on the updated national registry.
