He regretted the non-observance of the law that supports the financial autonomy of the organs of the justice system and complained about the low allocation of funds. “Without adequate resources, the Judiciary, the Public Ministry and the National Public Defense Service will not be able to contribute to reducing or preventing crime, investigate those responsible or apply the consequences that derive from them,” said Castaños Guzmán.
