Deputy Commissioner Elmer Caballero, of the National Police, explained this Wednesday on Radio Panama what “marking” is, which is used to commit criminal acts such as robbery or theft.
He explained that it is the criminal activity where criminals are dedicated to observing, following people or the objectives they decide to commit the crime.
Caballero pointed out that the “marking” can be given in residences and for vehicle thefts.
As for the bank “marking”, they observe the movements when you withdraw money, they follow up and take advantage of the carelessness.
