Fernández and Boric shared a concert and a dinner for the Argentine-Chilean brotherhood

President Alberto Fernandez and his Chilean peer Gabriel Boric They shared this Monday night a musical meeting that brought together artists of different generations and musical currents from both countries and then the Argentine head of state offered a dinner of honor to his Chilean counterpart.

Both activities took place in the Kirchner Cultural Center (CCK) of the city of Buenos Aires, reported the national government.

In the musical meeting, the artists were grouped in an orchestral ensemble, with original arrangements composed for the occasion.

Musicians Manuel García, Carmen Paz González, Inti Illimani, Elizabeth Morris, Nano Stern and Yorka, representing Chile, and Valen Bonetto, Gizza, Georgina Hassan, Víctor Heredia, Nadia Larcher, Teresa Parodi, Nahuel Pennisi, Beatriz Pichi participated in the show. Malen, Shitstem, Manu Sija and Chango Spasiuk, for Argentina.

The concert featured reversals of popular culture classics from both countries and included songs from Violeta Parra, Victor Jara and Luis Alberto Spinettaamong others.

Boric, who visited the Government House, the National Congress and the Supreme Court of Justice on Monday, has a full cultural agenda planned on his first international visit as President.

This Tuesday, first thing in the morning, the Chilean president will inaugurate the business forum of the Trade Argentina-Chile, In which about 50 businessmen from both countries will participate and which will take place at the Argentine Foreign Ministry.

He will then attend ESMA Memory Site Museum and will visit two new exhibitions at the National Museum of Fine Arts: The forgotten exhibition and a reading of four Chilean artists, CAYC: Chile-Argentina: 1973-1985-2022; and Sara Facio, Photographs 1960-2010.
