FANB dismantles Tancol camp used as an infirmary in Apure

Agents from the Comprehensive Defense Zone (Zodi) of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), while patrolling the state of Apure, located and dismantled a camp belonging to the Armed Terrorist Narcotraffickers of Colombia (Tancol) group that functioned as an infirmary for the irregular.

The information was released by the head of the FANB Strategic Operational Command (Ceofanb), Domingo Hernández Lárez, who through his Twitter account specified that Apure is Venezuelan territory and therefore the FANB will continue to destroy facilities of the « enemy groups.

Hernández Lárez confirmed that the Tancol groups “will be persecuted and expelled from our territory.”

He also stressed that in the country “facilities cannot be built for military or weapons purposes, much less facilities linked to drug trafficking, all their structures will be demolished and destroyed immediately.”

On the other hand, the Head of Ceofanb, indicated that with Operation Cacique Murachí the “FANB deepens patrols in cross-border axes, to expel the terrorist outpost of Colombian drug trafficking.”

The FANB has been developing actions in the cross-border axes, with the aim of maintaining and protecting the peace of the nation, under the premise of declaring 2022 as the year 100% free of the Tancol, ordered by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro .
