FANB affirms that 2022 was a year of inspiration in historical events for Venezuela

From the facilities of the Ministry of Popular Power for Defense, in greeting the members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the sector vice president for Political Sovereignty, Security and Peace, G/J Vladimir Padrino López, indicated that 2022 was a year of deep inspiration in the historical events for Venezuela, bicentennials of the Battle of Bomboná, Pichincha, 30th anniversary of November 27 and February 4.

Likewise, he indicated that the FANB celebrates the phases of the Revolution with permanent reflection, “on a day like today, December 28, 2021, we were ordered to finish and expel all the armed terrorist drug-trafficking groups from Colombia.”

In turn, he expressed that “we have seen an Armed Forces in the company of the people affected by the rains, to give an immediate response to the instructions that you gave us to effectively deploy through the Territorial Defense System, forces and means to attend to the people of Venezuela”.

On the other hand, he recalled that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces participated in the Russia 2022 International Games, where “our representatives obtained fourth place and more than 50 medals brought to the Homeland of Bolívar.”

The Community-Military Brigades for Education and Health (Bricomiles), “has not been another organization to go paint a school or remove rubble”, it is the concrete implementation of the concept of the civic-military union.

The inspiration for the year 2023 of the FANB, is the celebration of the Bicentennial of the Naval Battle of the Lake and the capture of Puerto Cabello and will continue to inspire all the men and women who bear the arms of the Republic.
