More than 150 housing projects, for all tastes and budgets, will be offered, from today until April 24, in the nineteenth version of Expo Vivienda Capac, where it is expected to exceed 2,000 sales transactions.
These housing projects are located in the metropolitan area, East, North and West Panama and range from social interest residences to luxurious country and beach houses located in different sectors of the national geography such as David, Boquete, Penonomé, Chitré and other areas. .
According to the Panamanian Chamber of Construction (Capac), the event, which takes place at the Panama Convention Center, received both virtual and face-to-face assistance and once it is over, it will continue to offer housing projects virtually to reach the international public interested in acquiring a house in Panama.
Demetrio Arosemena, president of the fair’s organizing committee, said that the real estate offer that is marketed will have more than 80 exhibitors, including 11 banks, and offer its visitors more than 150 projects.
Carlos Allen, president of the construction union, highlighted some aspects such as the scope that the pandemic has had in the sector and other situations such as the negotiation of the 2022-2025 collective agreement with Suntracs and highlighted that Capac “goes out to meet new expectations with optimism and with the certainty that we will move in the right direction to recover lost ground and achieve stable and sustainable growth in this great industry”.
