Likewise, in his presentation he ratified the Government’s firm commitment to carry out the Second Agrarian Reform to serve small farmers in the countryside and contribute to improving the quality of life of peasant families.
In the same way, he expressed that one of the objectives of the Second Agrarian Reform is to guarantee water security and the role of the State as Midagri It should be to continue promoting the planting and harvesting of water, the construction of dams, dams, technical irrigation systems, micro reservoirs and other actions to promote the activities of small producers.
