The mayor of the city of El Alto, Eva Copa, was summoned to testify on August 11 as a complainant within the process that began against the vice minister Gustavo Torrico, for calling her “crazy” during a public act.

His lawyer, Frank Campero, explained that the process was declared “in reserve”but that does not prevent knowing that an ocular technical inspection and reconstruction will be carried out, so that an imputation is issued later.

“Her statement was scheduled for Thursday the 11th, she will ratify and expand on some details that have come to our attention, which not only what Gustavo Torrico mentioned would have been said, but also other speeches on the matter”, indicated the lawyer.

The deputy minister should present his defenses the day after Copa’s declarationprocedures that will be undertaken to “expedite” the investigation, despite the fact that the authority publicly apologized.
