The Paraguayan Sanitary Services Company received the international Quality Choice Prize for quality, managed by the European organization ESQR (European Society for Quality Research) based in Lausanne (Switzerland).
Within the framework of its annual recognition programs, the organization presented the awards to the selected firms from Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Africa and Australia, at the convention held at the AC Hotel by Marriott Barcelona Forum.
This society recognizes organizations, companies, public administrations for ethics and initiatives that demonstrate exceptional success in quality management, and that maximize the potential of their services through quality-oriented practices.
The president of ESSAP, Natalicio Esteban Chase Acosta, received the award for his quality management at the head of the entity.
The national institution was awarded based on the results of the ESQR surveys, communication and market opinion studies. The voters were consumers, companies and organizations previously awarded, collaborators, suppliers or supporters.
The selection process includes investigation of public information sources, publications, positive reviews, charity projects, chamber of commerce projects, fairs and exhibitions.
The ceremony was attended by prominent business leaders, representatives of major brands, university professors, diplomats, officials and quality experts from around the world.
During the morning session of the Convention, the president of ESSAP Natalicio Chase had the opportunity to offer a speech about the institution to an international audience. He did that at the same time it was a very good opportunity to meet and establish contacts with representatives of companies, public administrations and organizations from all over the world.
The ESQR is dedicated to the study and recognition of quality improvement techniques, promotes the dissemination of Quality Culture and contributes to the success of companies and organizations around the world through its conventions and award ceremonies in the most important cities in the world.
Essap SA has also been recognized on February 14, 2022 in a report by the Comptroller General of the Republic, the highest control body of the state, said auditing entity is in charge of ensuring compliance and control of the procedures, thus granting Essap rated it 4.75 in the effectiveness of the internal control system, placing it in position No. 6 of 438 Companies and Public Institutions analyzed.
