The Council of the Magistracy reported this Friday about the TSJE lists, for which the application process continues.
This morning Emilio Camacho (64), who aspires to occupy one of the vacancies in the Electoral Justice, was among the candidates.
Camacho was a national senator in the period of Nicanor Duarte Frutos (2003-2008), legal advisor to the Presidency in the Fernando Lugo era (2008-2012).
Juan Bartolomé “Ancho” Ramírez, who resigned his seat in the Senate, was also running for office in order to compete on equal terms. He took over as his replacement Lucas Aquino.
