The preliminary list of the Regional and Municipal Elections 2022 has already been published by National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE), with more than 500 thousand citizens who will be the highest authorities of the voting tables on Sunday, October 2. A total of 93 Decentralized Electoral Process Offices (ODPE) were in charge of electing three members of the titular table and three substitutes, who will be part of the 84 thousand 323 voting tables that will be installed to elect the new provincial and district authorities for the period 2023-2026.
“Each ODPE carried out the draw among the 25 citizens pre-selected by the electoral body, for each polling station, due to having a higher degree of instruction from the corresponding table and not having exercised said work in previous electoral processes”explained the ONPE.
In addition, the institution stated that it is a preliminary list, since it is subject to cross-outs that citizens can present in the following days. Voters will be able to know if they have been elected as polling station members through the following form.
HOW TO SEE THE PRELIMINARY LIST OF ONPE BOARD MEMBERS?
After the announcement of the preliminary list of table membersthe ONPE has enabled a Web page so that citizens can check if they are included in the draw that was held at the national level.
For this, they must click on this linkwhich will direct them to the platform of the institution in charge of electoral processes. In this way, they will have the option to make the query by pressing the circle next to “DNI” or “Surnames and names”.
According to the citizen’s choice, you must enter the document number or full names. After completing the box, they will have to click on Consult. Immediately, if the data is correct, the ONPE will indicate whether or not they are members of the polling station and who has been elected in their polling place.

IN HOW MANY DAYS CAN THE CATCHES BE SUBMITTED?
According to the ONPE, citizens or officials may formulate the strikeouts corresponding within thethree (3) business days counted from the publication. This is established in article 60 of the Organic Law of Elections”.
“According to this rule, the objection that is not supported simultaneously with instrumental evidence is not admitted for processing by the ODPE. The substantiated cross-outs are sent the same day they are received to the Special Electoral Juries, which resolve them within the next day after they have been made.”detailed the institution.

WHO CANNOT BE MEMBERS OF THE TABLE?
Candidates and representatives of political organizations they cannot be table members. Similarly, the officers and employees of electoral bodies are ruled out in these functions, according to ONPE.
