Jesús Alberto Castillo Alpon (21), alias el Titi, was arrested by Cicpc agents after it was detected that he had participated in the murder of Juan Alberto Escalona Mora (43).
The investigations of cicpc They began as a result of the viralization of a video in which the brawl that occurred at the Palo Verde station of the Caracas Subwaywhere Escalona Mora was badly injured by a knife, and later died.
Two other subjects also participated in the incident, one of them nicknamed El Guajiro and Adrián Arturo Castillo Alpon (29), who still remain to be captured.
All the actors in the brawl are street vendors and they fought for spaces inside the Caracas Metro. It was precisely in the middle of that fight that Escalona Mora was murdered, according to what was corroborated by the scientific police.
Alias el Titi was captured at kilometer 18 of the Petare-Santa Lucía highway, Fila de Mariches, Sucre municipality (Miranda). Two white weapons were seized from the subject. El Titi was handed over to the 61st Prosecutor’s Office of the Caracas Metropolitan Area.
