Edward Málaga: "Permanent moral incapacity is getting closer today"

“I have said on several occasions that the president must step aside, he must resign. Time has run out, we can no longer drift. We are seeing that there is an inability to govern, that this is not stipulated in the Constitution as a cause for vacancy, unfortunately, “Málaga expressed in RPP, adding that “a way should be found” to remove the president from the presidency.

One of them, he said, could be the vacancy due to moral incapacity. “Finally, permanent moral incapacity, which was highly debatable a couple of months ago, is getting closer and closer today. That is, these acts from the government or this inability to discern a good cabinet from a bad cabinet is dangerously close to the limit of what could be considered or interpreted as a permanent moral incapacity”, he stated.
