As activities prior to parliamentary representation weekthe Education, Youth and Sports Commission will meet today at 3 pm virtually with the aim of reviewing a series of pending bills.
In the agenda published by Congress, it is recorded that the commissionEducation do this session to evaluate a total of eight proposals between bills, predictions and supports from different benchesamong these Popular Renewal, Free Peru, Popular Force and Alliance for Progress.

What laws will be seen in the session?
The commission, chaired by congressman Esdras Medina, seeks to review the initiatives with the aim of benefiting the education sector. Among the most outstanding proposals are those of Alex Paredes (PL), who will support two initiatives. The first consists in modifying several articles of Law 30512, also called Law of Institutes and Schools of Higher Education and of the Public Career of its teachers.
The second is an initiative that proposes recognize all the years of services worked by education professionals appointed, contracted and assistants of public educational institutions of Basic Education.
Another case is that of congresswoman Elva Julón (APP), who will support the proposal of the law that incorporates mental and emotional health in the basic education curriculum regular, a problem in students that has increased since the start of the pandemic.
