Economista Espinal cree reforma fiscal es inevitable

The Economist Raphael Espinal considered yesterday that sooner or later the country will have to carry out a fiscal reform not only to improve incomebut to make a more friendly tax system.

He expressed that the country cannot eternally be covering a fiscal deficit.

As long as the government’s collection capacity is being improved, the fiscal reform can be postponed, he stated.

The gross domestic product (GDP) growthhe said, the GDP/debt ratio has decreased, and the country’s risk rating has even improved.
