Economist and international speaker Jonathan D’Oleo Puig argued that for our region to develop, the meritocracy of entrepreneurship must displace the clientelistic political culture.

A disruptive dynamic has to exist, a disruptive dynamic has to materialize where the meritocratic dynamic of entrepreneurship displaces the patronage political culture that has the overweight State and the poor without a peso”, he maintained.
D’ Óleo Puig made his proposals when giving the conference «Economy and trade» within the framework of the fair Provisions Expo 2022 which takes place in Sambil, from June 2 to 5.
