This arises as an alternative after the Constitution Commission decided to send to the archive the project presented by the Government of President Dina Boluarte for the same purpose.
The approach of Nieves Limachi proposed that the president calls general elections for October 2023 and that the newly elected president, together with the other two vice presidents who won said elections, take the oath and assume office on January 1, 2024. and finish their term on July 28, 2028.
