The search for the weapon that would have ended the life of the 16-year-old girl in Lambaré continues. The victim’s brother continues as the main suspect in the tragic event.

Commissioner Hugo Grance, head of the Homicide Department of the National Police, said that the search for the weapon that would have been used to murder the 16-year-old girl in Lambaré is underway.

“Information is emerging that this detained person (the brother) would have handed over another person,” said the police chief in conversation with 650 AM.

In this regard, the commissioner maintained that this person is being sought, who would have received the weapon, however they do not consider him as a suspect in the case.

“The suspect is only one person (the brother). We have no indication that anyone else in the house was involved,” he said.

This Thursday, the prosecutor Gladys González, who is carrying out the investigation, said that Wilmar Javier Baliero, brother of the deceased young woman Romina Aylen Peralta, would be charged with intentional homicide, since with the elements obtained so far they rule out that he was guilty

González said that during the reconstruction, the detainee reported that his half-sister eliminated herself, a testimony that is not at all credible due to the elements that contradict said version, since the trajectory of the weapon is from top to bottom, from right to left and at a medium distance. .
