Due to judicial vacation, the Court of Justice of La Paz suspended the execution of warrants until December 30

Circular 19/2022 issued by the Departmental Court of Justice of La Paz provides for the collective judicial vacation from December 6 to 30. In the document, the authority provides for the “suspension of the execution of all commandments issued by the courts” while the recess lasts.

The document details the courts that must accept the measure. “The courts of the social, civil and penal structure areas”, although it provides some exceptions: “those condemned and declared rebels, as well as family matter”.

Next, it requests the courts of the criminal area to deliver “files that have preventive detainees, house arrests and declared rebels” to the courts on duty until December 5.

The judicial vacation extends for a period of 25 continuous days, as stated in Law 810.
