Domestic Policy Commission will work on 5 laws

The Internal Policy Commission of the National Assembly will work on five laws during the 2023 legislative period, informed the first vice president of the parliamentary body, Julio García Zerpa, from the Legislative Palace

Among the legal instruments that will be worked on are the Reform of the Organic Law of the Justice System, the Judicial Career Law, the General Inspectorate of Courts Law, the Code of Ethics for Judges and the National Magistracy School Law. , specified the parliamentarian.

He added that the laws are part of the reforms of the justice system and of the Judiciary that the commission has been carrying out in the framework of the judicial revolution, which aims to carry out the necessary restructuring to update the legal framework.
Meanwhile, the second vice president of the commission, deputy María Gabriela Vega, indicated that the commission is fulfilling its function of advancing the changes to benefit the people.

He reported that in this period the 19 deputies of the commission will go to the streets to explain to the people the 59 laws sanctioned by the National Assembly.
