HOW TO REQUEST THE AFP WITHDRAWAL IF MY DNI ENDS IN 2?

If your ID ends in 2you can access the web page determined by the Association of AFPs on the dates corresponding to the schedule: July 4, 5 and 21. If this is your case, you can register your request for free, during the 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.following these steps:

Accede to https://www.consultaretiroafp.pe/. Remember that attention is Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Enter the requested information: DNI, verification digit and date of birth. Then you have to give click in ‘consult’.
If you are ‘suitable’ for withdrawal, you can complete the form with the following information from your DNI: issue date, expiration date and voting group.
In addition, you must verify your identity, registering the place of deposit, residence and details of your financial institution. Finally, you will be able to register the request.

DATA TO CONSIDER FOR THE AFP WITHDRAWAL

You can only submit one withdrawal request and all the data you register must be yours.
If you have a transfer request in progress, you will be able to access the withdrawal without any problem. The origin and destination AFPs will coordinate the schedule of your payments.
Keep in mind that the withdrawal amounts could be subject to retentions for food debts of up to 30%, which will be executed at the time of charging the AFP account.

IF I DID NOT SUBMIT MY APPLICATION ON THE DATE, WHAT CAN I DO?
