The general director of Public Health of the Ministry of Health (Minsa), Melva Cruz, referred this Tuesday to the face-to-face start of classes on March 7, indicating that they have had close coordination with the Ministry of Education (Meduca).

He revealed that biosafety protocols have been established and the vaccination strategy for children who attend face-to-face classes has been coordinated.

The doctor announced that she is coordinating so that random swabs are done with the Meduca and detect any case in time.

Regarding the numbers of infections, he said that they are declining. “Those who died yesterday were 13, we hope that they will go down sharply,” he said.
