Italo Ismodes has submitted a request to Judge Alexander Alegre to be excluded from the investigation by prosecutor Alejandro Galloso, because he claims that the delivery of money was not a bribe but an “agreement between private parties”.
Interviewed by The Republic, Ítalo Ísmodes affirmed that he attended the Diviac only to “ask for advice” from a “friend” and that he did not report any cases of bribery.
