According to the report, Boluarte Zegarra It was not only limited to the registration procedures of the association, but also to challenge municipal provisions while serving as head of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, which he has assumed since July 30 of last year.
In this regard, on October 5, 2021, the Departmental Club of Apurímac presented the “Recourse of appeal of the Resolution of the Deputy Management of Technical Inspections of Safety in Buildings No. D009277-2021-MML-GGRD-SITSE”, with the signature of the vice presidentto the Disaster Risk Management Office of the municipality of Lima.
The action signed by Dina Boluarte rejected the decision of the Lima mayor’s office that had denied the Certificate of Technical Inspection of Safety in Buildings (ITSE) to the departmental club for not complying with the safety implements in case of fire.
The document from the private entity complained about the existence of allegedly contradictory pronouncements about the security conditions of the club’s facilities, which has been built on a plot of more than 1,100 square meters.
Also, it assured that the association corrected all the observations raised by the Disaster Risk Management Department of the municipality. However, the municipality of Lima rejected Dina Boluarte’s challenge, alleging that she had failed to install a fire extinguisher system.
