A couple was apprehended by the National Police through the Judicial Investigation Directorate in the Almirante district, for the possible commission of crimes against Sexual Liberty and Integrity and Against the Family Legal Order and Civil Status against a minor of 14 years.
According to investigations, the 31-year-old woman and her partner, a 30-year-old man, mistreated the minor and forced her to be sexually with other people to receive money in exchange.
The apprehension of both was carried out on January 19 in the district of Barrio Francés, after the Public Ministry through investigations found sufficient elements about the commission of the crimes of Rape, Sexual Exploitation, Corruption of Minors and Child Abuse, to the detriment of a minor under 14 years of age who turns out to be the biological daughters of the suspect and stepdaughter of the apprehended.
This Friday, January 20, during the Guarantee Control Hearing, the Judge decreed the arrest legal and charged the 4 charges and ordered provisional detention for 6 months while the investigations are carried out.
