Definitively dismiss the priest Silvestre Olmedo

The construction of the trace of the Costanera Sur by means of hydraulic refulging at a non-flooding level has progressed more than 90%, according to what was reported this morning by the Minister of Public Works and Communications, Arnoldo Wiens.

It was during the inauguration of works at the headquarters of the First Infantry Division (former RI 14) with the presence of the Head of State, Mario Abdo Benítez, and which was in compensation for the property ceded for the construction of the temporary neighborhood of the South Coast.

The head of the MOPC estimated that by the month of May or June, everything that is the hydraulic filling of the route of the road would be finished, to then start the protection works and linear park.

Another highlighted aspect was the beginning of the refulado on a 3-hectare surface where the definitive homes for these families will be located, according to the expressions of the Secretary of State.

In this sense, Wiens hopes that by the middle of next year the whole part of the refulado will be finished with the safety level, so as to start the construction of the houses and this new city that will definitely be such a large complex.

As far as the project itself is concerned, he said that it is 40% complete in general. “Today we celebrate this first step, the inauguration of these homes that give dignity to the families who work here in the First Infantry Division, while we continue working with the Costanera Sur, which is 40% complete and is expected to finish next year. all this process to start the definitive homes”, he concluded.
