The dictatorship authorized the Attorney General of the Republic (PGR) to appear before the State Notary to sign the public deed of donation in favor of the mayors.
Through presidential agreement 64-2023, published in the newspaper The Gazette, the regime indicated that the property granted to the Mayor’s Office of León is registered with the cadastral number 5317-4194-7064-23 and is located in the urban area of the university city. The land has an area of 80,904.11 square meters.

As for the Managua Mayor’s Office, the Ortega.Murillo administration donated eight lots to the Sandinista commune. The land is located in the Sabana Grande Region, according to presidential agreement 65-2023.
The first property is registered with the cadastral number 5393-0872-4498-16. The land has an area of 13,395.07 square meters.
