MADRID, Spain.- Cuban wrestlers Leonardo Herrera and Amanda Hernández “defected” from the Cuban delegation with which they traveled to Acapulco, Mexico, to participate in the 2022 Pan American Wrestling Championship, which ended this Sunday.

Amanda Hernández, 24 years old, was champion in the 2014 Junior Pan American and won bronze in the same event in the 2016 edition.
