Cuban anti-COVID-19 vaccination has already reached 80% of the population

The anti-COVID-19 vaccination process in Cuba is proceeding apace and already at the end of November 17, 80 percent (%) of the population completed the scheme with the national vaccines Soberana 02, Soberana Plus and Abdala.

As reported today by the Ministry of Public Health (Minsap)Until November 17, eight million 951 thousand 589 people have a complete vaccination schedule.

According to the Minsap report, 27 million 741 thousand 924 doses administered with Cuban anti-COVID-19 vaccines accumulate in the nation.

To date, 10 million 110 thousand 794 people have received at least one dose, including those vaccinated with Soberana Plus as a single dose, and of them they already have a second dose of nine million 146 thousand 468, and a third dose eight million 484 thousand 662, adds the information, published on the website of the health entity.

Regarding the mass vaccination process, it transpired that 17 million 403 thousand 398 doses have been administered in the country; related to health intervention, nine million 617 thousand 996; to the intervention study, 454 thousand 64; and to clinical trials, 266 thousand 466.
