Cristina Fernández released evidence of the link between prosecutor Luciani and Rodríguez Simón

Vice President Cristina Fernández released this Wednesday the cut of an obituary published in a Buenos Aires morning paper that demonstrates the personal link between the prosecutor for the Vialidad case, Diego Luciani, and the former macrista official Fabián “Pepín” Rodríguez Simónwho remains a fugitive from justice.

“Look at the obituary of La Nación for May 2021. ‘Pepín’ Rodríguez Simón, a fugitive from Justice in Uruguay for the cause of the macrista judicial table, sends his condolences for the death of the brother of the wife of prosecutor Luciani”the vice president published on her Twitter account, where she attached the aforementioned clipping.

In that obituary, “Fabián Rodríguez Simón and family say goodbye to dear Manu and lovingly accompany Ana and the boys.”

Those words of condolence from the former official of Mauricio Macri’s management and current Parlasur deputy refer to Manuel Abelleyra, an executive who died in May 2021 due to coronavirus.

“Everything keeps matching with everything”stressed the vice president at the end of her publication.

Fernández de Kirchner returned this Wednesday to question the actions of the prosecutors Luciani and Sergio Mola in the Vialidad case and urged them to read the Constitution and the books on criminal law and process, which “do not bite”, while all sectors of the Front of All (FdT) are entrenched in defense of the former president and are already thinking of organizing a “great march” of support.
