Two criminals, who were traveling on a motorcycle, assaulted the Disnorte-Dissur branch in Monseñor Lezcano, Managua. The robbery was committed in less than two minutes and was recorded on the company’s security cameras.
The robbery occurred on Thursday, June 9, at 11:15 in the morning, according to the data recorded by the video circulated on social networks.
In the recording, a man is observed entering the branch offices with a motorcycle case which is removed once he enters the office. Behind him comes his assault partner, but the security guard turns around and closes the door, at which point the first subject takes the opportunity to put on his helmet (red and white) again and with a firearm, takes behind the guard and bends him.

By neutralizing the security guard, the second man enters the place with a black helmet and a backpack in hand. The accomplice leans on a chair to go up to the checkout area and cross the glass that the workers have for protection. In the video, two cashiers are seen, who immediately raise their hands when they see what was happening.
Subsequently, the man in the black helmet quickly begins to steal all the money and throws it into the backpack, while the first offender makes sure that no one else enters the branch of the electricity company.
Once with the money, both assailants rush out of the place. They flee on a motorcycle to an unknown destination.
To date, the National Police has not issued any statement regarding the assault. According to the official media, the authorities are investigating the event and it is hoped that the District Two delegation will clarify what happened as soon as possible.
It is worth mentioning that the security guard gave his statement at the police complaints office, because he managed to see the first assailant at the moment he entered the branch of the electricity distributor. Unofficially it was known that the criminals stole more than half a million córdobas.
