Criminal steals 70 soles and is sentenced to seven years in prison in Junín

A 20-year-old subject was sentenced to 7 years in prison for “cogotear” and stealing the sum of S / 70 from a man when he was standing at the door of his home, in the district of Pichanaki, province of Chanchamayo, Junín region .

Is about Pool Angelo Magno Lopez (20)who was sentenced for the crime against property in its form of aggravated robbery, according to the ruling of the Pichanaki Preparatory Investigation Court, of the Central Selva Superior Court of Justice.

This sentence is given after the Public ministry denounced that Elvis AL (26) was assaulted when he was standing at the door of his building. In addition, the robbery was recorded by a security camera.

The images show the exact moment in which Pool Magno grabs his victim by the neck (gobbles), lowers himself to the ground and snatches 70 soles from him. Later, the thief escaped in a motorcycle taxi, without a license plate, which was waiting for him a few meters away.

The sum of 200 soles in favor of the victim was also set for civil compensation. Pool Magno was sent to Virgen de las Mercedes prison to serve his sentence.
