Covid in Colombia: less than 4,000 infections and less than 140 deaths

Covid-19: number of daily deaths in Colombia approaches 200

This February 15, the country’s health authorities reported 3,731 new cases of covid-19. The number of tests processed was 35,685 (12,707 for PCR and 22,978 for antigens).

In total, the country has already accumulated, in two years, 6,026,988 covid infections and 32,794,013 samples have been analysed.

As of this Tuesday, the number of recovered cases is 5,844,659 and those that are still active are 23,956.

Bogotá (1,741,224), Antioquia (913,941), Valle del Cauca (536,351), Atlántico (399,944) and Cundinamarca (313,204), the areas of the country with the most historical cases.

Worldwide, the historical accumulation of infections is 414’703641.

As for deaths, 138 new ones were registered, for a total, in the country, of 137,439. The world accumulates 5,832,961 deaths.

As of February 13, the country have applied 74,852,552 doses and the number of people with a complete vaccination schedule is 32,775,567. Applied reinforcements, 7’160.288.
