The justification for this determination has to do with the existence of physical contact in the offenses that led to the expulsions, as well as the “consideration regarding the intensity of said physical contact and the classification of excessive, reckless, serious, mild, abrupt force or other, It is at the discretion of the arbitral body, and in this case, in the opinion of this Court, said contact existed“.
