Arrested a man and his sentimental partner, in La Guaira, for their alleged responsibility in the sexual abuse against his 10-year-old daughter and the adolescents (his nieces) aged 17 and 20 in a degree of continuity.
Joksan Jesús Penzo (32) was denounced by the mother of the minor on November 29, in the Victim Care Unit of the Public Ministry. During the investigations, it was found that the nieces, then 5 and 7 years old, had also been abused by Penzo when they were in the care of the aunt.
The Public Ministry, once the tests were carried out, corroborated the crime, for which Penzo and his sentimental partner Yasmin Cartas Colina (28) were apprehended and placed at the order of the Public Ministry. The prosecutor’s office 8 “of La Guaira accused Penzo for the alleged commission of sexual abuse with aggravated penetration in a degree of continuity with multiple victims and his partner Cartas Colina for the crimes of omission and aggravated sexual violence in a degree of continuity.
