The leaders celebrated the results of the IV Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Central American Integration System (SICA) and the Caribbean Community (Caricom), and welcomed Panama’s initiative to host the 22 countries of those blocs next May 3, to define a regional proposal for economic reactivation to present to the G20, the United Nations and the Summit of the Americas.

The three presidents positively valued the participation of the United States in this Summit, “as one more step towards the consolidation of a strategic association with the countries that make up the ADD.”
