Cortizo will not go to the coronation of King Carlos III, Chancellor Tewaney will attend instead

The President of the Republic Laurentino Cortizo Cohen, did not attend the coronation of King Carlos III in the United Kingdom, instead he appointed the Minister of Foreign Affairs Janaina Tewaney Mencomo, to attend on behalf of the National Government, during all the acts scheduled protocols.

During May 5 and 6, the head of Panamanian diplomacy will participate in the events organized by the English protocol on the occasion of the coronation.

The coronation protocol acts will take place at Westminster Abbey on Saturday, May 6, in which more than 2,000 guests will participate, including heads of state, members of European royalty and religious representatives.
