41,978 new coronavirus infections were reported in Argentina

Coronavirus: now the report is weekly: 198 deaths 11,307 new cases

The Ministry of Health reported 198 deaths from coronavirus and 11,307 infections in the last week in Argentina, which adds up to 128,542 deaths officially registered at the national level and 9,072,230 those infected since the start of the pandemic.

During the last week, 129 people died in Buenos Aires, 6 in the City of Buenos Aires, 1 in Chaco, 1 in Corrientes, 3 in Córdoba, 1 in Entre Ríos, 1 in La Pampa, 5 in Neuquén, 1 in Río Negro, 8 in Salta, 1 in San Juan, 28 in Santa Fe, and 13 in Tucumán.

According to the Public Vaccination Monitor, the total number of doses applied amounts to 98,176,900, of which 40,697,020 received one dose, 37,191,638 received two, 3,026,903 an additional dose and 17,261,339 a booster dose, while the vaccines distributed to the jurisdictions reach 106,392,754 and those donated to 5,083,000.
