The Venezuelan state airline Conviasa inaugurated the Caracas – Barinas route, with a weekly frequency, with a first flight made last Friday, April 7.

This information was disseminated by the Minister of Transportation and President of Conviasa, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán, who stressed the work of the airline in recent weeks, managing to add five national destinations to the itinerary. According to the official, the company has an airline that connects every corner of the country.

“This was the inaugural flight of Conviasa on the Caracas – Barinas route. We have an airline that connects every corner of Venezuela. In less than a month, more than 5 national destinations have joined the itinerary of our flag airline, “he highlighted on Twitter.

The flight connects the Maiquetía Airport, located in Vargas state, with the Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi Airport, located 10 km from the center of Barinas.

With this route, Conviasa already has flights connecting the following places: Acarigua, Barcelona, ​​Barinas, Barquisimeto, Canaima, Caracas, Cumaná, El Vigía, La Fría, Las Piedras, Los Roques, Maracaibo, Maturín, Porlamar, Puerto Ayacucho, Puerto Ordaz, San Tomé and Santo Domingo del Táchira, Valencia.

Regarding the flights that depart specifically from Caracas, the air connection of the state company includes: Barinas, Canaima, Cumaná, La Fría, Las Piedras, Los Roques, Maracaibo, Maturín, Porlamar, Puerto Ayacucho, Puerto Ordaz and Santo Domingo del Táchira .
