The National Construction Cost Index-M (INCC-M), calculated by the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), stood at 1.16% in July. The rate is lower than those of June this year (2.81%) and July of last year (1.24%).
As a result, the INCC-M accumulates inflation of 8.44% per year and 11.66% in 12 months.
Inflation for materials, equipment and services dropped from 1.40% in June to 0.60% in July. The labor index ranged from 4.37% in June to 1.76% in July.
