Conmebol drew the groups for the 2023 edition of the Copa Libertadores this Monday night (27) in Luque (Paraguay). Brazil will be represented in the competition by seven teams: Athletico-PR, Atlético-MG (which secured a place through the previous phase of the continental tournament), Corinthians, Flamengo, Fluminense, Internacional and Palmeiras.
Current champion of the Libertadores, Flamengo is the top seed in Group A, which also has Racing (Argentina), Aucas (Ecuador) and Ñublense (Chile). Internacional is in B, which has Nacional (Uruguay) as the top seed. The key is completed by Metropolitanos (Venezuela) and Independiente Medellín (Colombia).
