The opinion only reached 49 votes in favor, 25 abstentions and 33 against that came from the benches of popular action, Advance Country, popular renewal, Free Peru, Magisterial Block Y Democratic Peru. Likewise, this legislative decision is given in the framework of the protests at the national level that demand the departure of the Legislative and Executive.
