PRISON CONFIRMED FOR INVESTIGATED FUFUGE
The Prosecutor’s Office raises the request for preventive detention based on the events that occurred on October 31 and November 1, 2021.
It was after 6:00 p.m. on October 31, 2021 when the injured minor finished dinner and went to her room to rest with her little sisters.
Being so, between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., the investigated enters the minor’s room jumping a wall (housing fence), with the purpose of removing the minor from her home with the excuse of taking her to a party.
The teenager, at first, refused such a proposal, moments when the investigated forcefully (dragging her) took her out of her home and, after that, mounted on a motorcycle, took her to a party that was held in another center village, where the investigated begins to consume alcoholic beverages.

It should be noted that the technical defense claimed innocence at all times.
Likewise, in the first instance, the court decided to approve preventive detention for a period of 7 months.
This measure was appealed by the technical defense of the investigated, however, the Appeals Chamber, the magistrates declared the appeal of the defense unfounded and confirmed the first instance measure.
