The situation for Colombians who travel to Mexico to spend vacations, go sightseeing or meet, continues to be a true ordeal that, according to what is established, would be far from over.
Complaints about these types of events, where there are reports of inadmissibility, theft and assault, became a common photograph in the landscape.
For this reason, an alert had already been made from the Colombian Foreign Ministry asking nationals to be ‘careful’ and a dialogue table was even established with that country, however, there seem to be no results so far.
“Very difficult to negotiate”
About the situation, from Blu Radio they published information about what the conversations that began this Monday, October 24, have been.
They assured that the negotiation is “very difficult”, warning that the desire of the Colombian authorities is to leave the agreements in writing, however “Mexico does not want to”, they reported.

According to what was published by the station, one of the requests that Colombia has made is to ask to review the pre-registration that is done to enter Mexico.
With the intention that Colombians can easily share important travel information, such as stay, tickets, money they carry and others.
Similarly, immediate access to calls to those travelers who are not admitted, seeking that they may have clear consular advice, records and written arguments for which they are not accepted to enter said country.
