In this sense, the incorporated substitute rectors Carlos Quintero and Leonel Parica exchanged criteria with the president of that opposition body, Jesús María Casal, who was accompanied by Ismael Pérez Vigil and Miguel Cañas.
Both teams met last week at the request of the National Primary Commission, after the CNE gave a technical response, on April 18, to the requests made to them to provide technical assistance in organizing a possible primary election.
The opposition prepares a primary election and requested support from the CNE, for which the electoral body has not yet agreed.
