The Legislative Council of Zulia (CLEZ) carried out a second public consultation of the Budget Law for the fiscal year 2023, presented by the Secretary of Administration and Finance of the government of the entity, María Antonieta Rincón, on behalf of Governor Manuel Rosales.
The budget is aimed at consolidating solutions to the needs of the people of Zulia next year. The meeting was attended by the state attorney, Daniel Ávila, the legal consultant of the government, Pedro Hernández, the CLEZ legal and budget team, among other officials.

During the consultation, a review of the document was carried out, as well as a discussion of policies and constitutional principles of the Financial Administration Law, which will serve as a basis to strengthen the areas of health, education, culture, sports, tourism and ecology of the state.
It should be noted that this public consultation aims to shape the annual operating plan, will allow the start of a year of action, of tangible and successful solutions, by the Governor of Zulia state, Manuel Rosales.
