university in recovery

Without lighting, without sanitary services, with leaks eating up the buildings, it was impossible to enter the UCV… the great desolation of its corridors was sad, the plan created by President Nicolás Maduro Moros for its recovery and rescue has not only returned the spaces for teaching and research but has also guaranteed the internal democratic exercise, already with 2 elections held in recent months» he pointed out.
More than 10 years in waiting
